Numbers we're willing to put our name under.
These engagements were led by our founder across 18 years of ecommerce SEO, several of them running for years. No composites, no "up to", no cherry-picked weeks. Where a client's numbers are private, we describe the work and the scale instead of inventing a statistic.
Sydney's Closet
A specialty retailer with thousands of SKUs and two decades of brand history, held back by the classic Shopify pattern: filtered collection URLs swallowing the crawl, thin and overlapping collections, and money keywords stranded on page two.
The work: index forensics and cleanup, collection architecture rebuilt around demand, systematic on-page targeting for collections and products, and a content calendar tied to seasonal buying moments. Organic revenue rose 60% year over year, and the engagement has run for years since.
SleepQuest
A health ecommerce business in one of the strictest content categories Google ranks. Medical claims, trust signals and expertise requirements make generic content strategies fail here, and paid acquisition is expensive.
The work: an E-E-A-T content system with medically reviewed articles, entity and schema work to establish the brand's authority, and a clean split between the content site and the shop. Organic traffic scaled roughly ten-fold, compounding across the engagement.
PMD Beauty
A well-known beauty device brand competing against publishers, marketplaces and rivals with much larger content budgets. The wins had to come from precision, not volume.
The work: keyword gap analysis against the category leaders, on-page rebuilds for the highest-value product and collection pages, and internal linking that concentrated authority where revenue lives. The number of top-3 keywords doubled within six months.
The Oodie
One of the world's fastest-grown DTC apparel brands, selling across the US, UK, Australia and beyond. At this scale the problems change: international targeting, duplicate content across regional stores, and coordinating SEO with a large paid and social machine.
The work: a global SEO strategy covering market-by-market keyword mapping, hreflang and regional-store architecture, and content governance so regional teams could execute without breaking each other's rankings. Client revenue figures are theirs to share, so here we describe the scope instead.
A note on honesty: every number above comes from an engagement our founder led personally and can stand behind in a call. If you'd like to hear how a result was measured, ask. That conversation is usually the fastest way to tell us apart from agencies quoting "up to 400%".
The next case study could be a store like yours.
Every one of these started the same way: with a diagnosis. That's what the Roadmap is.
