Why no meetings on Foundation? Meetings are the most expensive thing an agency sells, so most agencies sell you a lot of them. Foundation spends that budget on work instead. You get everything in writing, a monthly walkthrough video, and answers within one business day. If you want live calls, that's what Growth is for.

After the Growth minimum, both plans run month to month. Agencies that need long contracts to keep clients are telling you something.

How engagements usually go

Can we skip the Roadmap and go straight to a retainer?
No, and you wouldn't want to. The retainer's first quarter is built from the Roadmap's findings; without it we'd be proposing work on guesses. Since the fee is credited into your first month, the Roadmap costs continuing clients nothing.
Who implements the technical fixes?
Either your developer, using our tickets, or we handle implementation oversight inside Growth: we specify, review and verify every change on staging before it ships. For Shopify we work theme-safe and app-light.
What does the monthly report look like?
Two pages. Page one: organic revenue, what moved and why, AI-answer presence. Page two: what we did, what's next, and anything we need from you. Plus the live dashboard you can open any day.
Do you work with agencies?
Selectively, as a white-label ecommerce SEO partner for agencies that don't carry this specialty in-house. Write to us and we'll share terms.
How many clients do you take?
Few enough that the founder can review everything personally: six Roadmaps per month and a limited number of retainers. When we're full, we say so and offer the next opening rather than stretching thin.
