Statement of Work: The Elmwich Roadmap

This Statement of Work (“SOW”) is entered into under the Master Services Agreement between Elmwich and Client and incorporates its terms. Acceptance of this SOW may occur by signature or by completing checkout for the Roadmap on elmwich.com.

1. Service

The Elmwich Roadmap is a fixed-fee diagnostic engagement covering one store. It includes:

1. Technical teardown. Full crawl and index analysis of the store: indexation quality, faceted navigation and parameter handling, canonicals, structured data, site speed signals, and platform-specific crawl issues. Each material issue is sized by estimated revenue impact.
2. Revenue keyword map. Collections and top products mapped against search demand, including a list of commercially relevant keywords currently ranking in positions 5 to 15.
3. AI-visibility report. An assessment of how the store appears in leading AI answer systems (currently ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI results) for a set of category buying queries, the likely causes, and a fix plan.
4. 90-day roadmap. The findings sequenced into a prioritized plan with impact estimates, written as development-ready tickets that Client’s own team could implement.

2. Deliverables and format

• A written report of approximately 25 pages.
• Working spreadsheets (keyword map, issue log).
• The ticket list described above.
• A live walkthrough of up to 45 minutes with senior Elmwich personnel, scheduled at a mutually convenient time; the recording is provided to Client.
• A question window: Elmwich will answer reasonable written questions about the report for 14 days after the walkthrough.

Implementation of recommendations is not included in this SOW.

3. Timeline

Delivery within 10 business days from the date Elmwich receives the access described in Section 4. The walkthrough is scheduled within that window or as soon after as Client’s availability allows.

4. Client dependencies

Read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4) for the store, provided through the access form sent after booking. No code, theme, or admin access is required. If access is not provided within 30 days of booking, Client may reschedule the engagement or receive a full refund on request.

5. Fees

US $2,500, due in full at booking.

Retainer credit. If Client starts a Growth or Foundation retainer with Elmwich within 60 days of the walkthrough, the full Roadmap fee is credited against Client’s first month.

6. The 3x value guarantee

If the delivered Roadmap does not identify opportunities that Elmwich estimates, using the estimation methodology stated in the report, at an aggregate value of at least three times the fee (US $7,500), Client may request a full refund in writing within 14 days after the walkthrough, and Elmwich will refund the fee. Estimates are professional projections, not promises of realized results; the guarantee applies to the substance of the diagnosis, not to outcomes of implementation.

7. Capacity and scheduling

Elmwich accepts a limited number of Roadmap engagements per month. If the current month is full at booking, Client is offered the next available start date before payment is completed.

8. Ownership

On full payment, the Deliverables in Section 2 are assigned to Client under the MSA. Client may share them internally and with its contractors freely.
